It is widely used for receiving and distributing electrical energy in power networks rated from 3 kV to 12 kV, while providing reliable control, protection, and monitoring of electrical circuits.

The KYN28A-12 (GZS1) indoor metal-clad withdrawable switchgear is a complete power distribution unit designed for three-phase AC 50Hz systems. It is widely used for receiving and distributing electrical energy in power networks rated from 3 kV to 12 kV, while providing reliable control, protection, and monitoring of electrical circuits.
This switchgear is equipped with a relay compartment that supports the installation of various types of microprocessor-based integrated protection relays, enabling intelligent system control. It features advanced automation functions including remote control, remote measurement, remote signaling, and remote adjustment. With a built-in communication interface, the system can be integrated into a field network via a CAN bus.
The equipment is designed with comprehensive mechanical and electrical interlocking systems, commonly referred to as the "Five Prevention" functions, which ensure operational safety:
- Preventing incorrect opening or closing of the circuit breaker
- Preventing withdrawal or insertion of the withdrawable unit under load
- Preventing closing of the earthing switch when the circuit is energized
- Preventing energizing the circuit when the earthing switch is in the closed position
- Preventing access to live compartments
The switchgear can be equipped with VS1 vacuum circuit breakers or optionally configured with imported VD4 vacuum circuit breakers, offering flexibility to meet different application requirements.

5. Mechanical Conditions:
Installed in locations without severe vibration or shock, and with a vertical inclination not exceeding 8°
6. Special Conditions:
If the actual service conditions differ from those specified above, consultation between the user and the manufacturer is required
