AC Metal-Clad Withdrawable Switchgear

The KYN61-40.5 type metal-clad withdrawable AC enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is an indoor complete power distribution device for three-phase AC systems with a frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 40.5 kV.
It is used in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises for the reception and distribution of electrical energy, and provides functions such as control, protection, and monitoring of electrical circuits. It is also suitable for locations requiring frequent operation.
This switchgear complies with standards such as IEC60298, GB 3906-2006, and DL404.

●The cabinet adopts a modular assembled structure, and the circuit breaker uses a withdrawable (truck-mounted) structure;

●Equipped with a new type of composite insulation vacuum circuit breaker, featuring good interchangeability and easy replacement;

●The truck frame is fitted with a screw-driven propulsion mechanism, allowing easy movement of the truck and preventing damage to the mechanism due to misoperation;

●All operations can be performed with the cabinet door closed;

●The interlocking between the main switch, truck, and cabinet door adopts a mandatory mechanical interlock, meeting the "five-prevention" requirements;

●The cable compartment has ample space and can accommodate multiple cables;

●A fast earthing switch is provided for grounding and short-circuiting of the circuit.

●The enclosure protection rating is IP3X; when the truck compartment door is open, the protection rating is IP2X;

●The product complies with GB 3906-1991, DL 404-1997, and references the international IEC 298 standard.

1.Ambient temperature: Upper limit +40°C; the average temperature measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 35°C; lower limit −10°C.
2.Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 m.
3.Relative humidity: Daily average not exceeding 95%; monthly average not exceeding 90%.
4.Seismic intensity: Not exceeding magnitude 8.
5.Water vapor pressure: Daily average not exceeding 2.2 kPa; monthly average not exceeding 1.8 kPa.
6.Surrounding environment: Free from fire hazards, explosion risks, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and intense vibration.
