Parallel Conditions Of Power Transformers

Feb 08, 2026

The following conditions must be met simultaneously: the connection group should be the same, the voltage ratio should be equal (with an allowable error of ±0.5%), the impedance voltage should be equal (with an allowable difference of ±10%), and the capacity ratio should not exceed 3:1.

A three-phase transformer is a combination of three identical single-phase transformers. It has three core columns, each with two coils wound around the same phase: one high-voltage coil and the other low-voltage coil.
