Product Structure
Using a three-dimensional triangle structure, the arrangement of the cores is more reasonably combined, and three identical single frames are used to synthesize a three-dimensional equilateral triangle. The three-phase magnetic circuits are fully symmetrical and equilateral length, ensuring the balance of three-phase power supply and greatly reducing the magnetic resistance, and the excitation current and no-load loss are significantly reduced.
Each single frame consists of several continuous windings of trapezoidal tapes of varying widths. When winding, the special winder automatically shifts the material belt to one side and performs an asymmetrical winding so that the cross section is inclined at an angle of30°. This ensures that when the three single frames are assembled, the joint surface is good.
The assembly fixtures are all specially designed to ensure that the coil core does not deform during annealing. shaping. etc.
The advantages of this structure are:

●Low noise: Since the three-dimensional triangle wound core is formed by winding several kinds of trapezoidal strips in order, silicon steel strips are closely wound, and the magnetic conductive direction of the silicon steel strip is completely consistent with the direction of
the magnetic core of the iron core, and the vibration during operation is small. It can solve the noise caused by the inconsistent magnetic circuit of the stacked iron core, and can reduce the noise to a minimum.
Winding
High-voltage coils use NOMEX® paper materials for low-oxygen, high-conductivity oxygen-free copper wires, and low-voltage coils adopt a foil-type (copper foil) coil structure, which is produced by a dedicated three-dimensional triangle-foil winding machine.
The high-voltage coil is a cake-type structure and uses comb-shaped stays to increase the heat dissipation and short-circuit resistance of the coil
The foil type coil cancels the helix angle of the coiled wire coil, improves the ability to withstand short-circuits and the ability to resist lightning strikes. The copper foil and the outlet row are welded on the welding platform by hydrogen arc welding machine. The welding seam is firm and reliable. The outlet row is locked with a special fixture so that the outlet row of the wound coil will not run. The winding machine has Tensioning device, the number of furs is controlled by the computer, the coils wound out have high precision and the size meets the technological requirements; one or more air channels can be set to dissipate heat quickly to meet the temperature rise requirement.
The above design improves heat dissipation and achieves the purpose of increasing mechanical strength and electrical strength.
Body Insulation
NOMEX® paper is used for both interlayer insulation and end insulation. After repeated baking, vacuum pressure impregnation and curing, the coil forms a whole.
The body adopts a pad compression structure and is equipped with a pull screw and a compression nail to ensure that the coil has sufficient pressing force in the axial direction.
Between the low voltage coil and the iron core, a good engineering insulation fixed, material is used as a support plate, that is, the coil is and the iron core is tightened. A silicone pad is placed between the coil and the pressure block to compress the coil, and an elastic buffer is placed between the core clamp and the coil to reduce the noise of the transformer.
Vacuum Pressure Impregnation
