1000 KV 1250kV Pad Mounted Transformer

The YB-12/0.4-1000 prefabricated high-voltage/low-voltage substation, also known as a pad-mounted transformer, integrates high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear, and a transformer into a single movable enclosure, forming a complete set of power distribution equipment.
It can be configured for various power supply modes, such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, and dual power supply. Metering on both high-voltage and low-voltage sides can be implemented as required.
The substation is suitable for three-phase AC 50 Hz systems and is used for the transmission, transformation, distribution, monitoring, control, and protection of electrical energy.
The product complies with standards such as GB/T 17467, DL/T 537, and IEC 1330.

Main Features

• Various enclosure types are available, including composite panel type, landscape type, and steel enclosure type;
• The power distribution equipment is divided into independent compartments: high-voltage chamber, transformer chamber, and low-voltage chamber;
• Each compartment can be arranged in "目-type" or "品-type" layouts, and customized configurations are available according to requirements;
• The complete power distribution system is prefabricated in the factory, ensuring convenient transportation and installation;
• Equipped with an integrated base, allowing flexible relocation and reducing cable investment and power loss;
• Forced ventilation, cooling, and lighting systems are provided, with optional dehumidification devices;
• Landscape-type enclosures are prefabricated with reinforced concrete, externally finished with ceramic tiles, treated for corrosion resistance, and designed to blend with the surrounding environment;
• Flexible power supply schemes are available, including ring network (HV metering), terminal (HV metering), ring network (LV metering), and terminal (LV metering);
• Proven waterproof, dustproof, and anti-corrosion performance.
