Feature
- High voltage winding with copper wire, low voltage winding with copper wire or copper foil, glass fiber felt filled wrapping, vacuum state with no filling epoxy resin pouring, solidified after the formation of a solid cylinder, high mechanical strength, small partial discharge, high reliability.
- Flame retardant, explosion-proof, no pollution of the environment. The insulating material such as glass fiber of winding coil has self extinguishing characteristic, and will not generate arcs due to short circuit.
- The coil does not absorb moisture, and the iron core clip has special protective layer against corrosion, which can run in 100% relative humidity and other harsh environments. Discontinuous operation does not need to remove the tide.
- High level of resistance to short circuit and lightning.
- Inside and outside of the coil, the resin layer is thin, and the heat dissipation
- Performance is good. Air cooling (AN) is usually used for cooling. For any protection grade transformer, air cooling system (AF)can be configured to improve short time overload and ensure safe operation.
- Low loss, good electricity saving effect. Running economy, can avoid maintenance.
- Small volume, light weight, less space occupation, low installation cost, no need to consider oil drain tank, fire protection and fire fighting facilities and standby power supply.
- Because of the lack of fire and explosion, it can be installed in the load center and close to the electric point, thus reducing the cost of the line and saving the expensive low voltage facilities.
